Cancellation policy:
- You can freely cancel your reservation up to 10 working days before arrival, we will refund the deposit, which has a one-time administrative fee of HUF 5,000.
- In case of cancellation earlier than 5 working days prior to arrival, it can be changed to another date free of charge after consultation with sales, depending on capacity. (the room prices of the modified reservation will be the room prices of the current period)
- In case of cancellation within 5 working days prior to arrival, the date of the reservation cannot be changed, the amount of the fee to be paid is 100% of the amount of the reservation.
